Everyone has their own seasoning supply and essentials that they will add to every meal that they make and I am no different! When cooking I tend to use the same group of seasonings for my meals and all of them are universal.
I use all of these seasonings pretty much daily, along with garlic powder. All of these are great for a variety of meats and dishes. I would season the following meats as follows:
-Chicken: Italian, black pepper, salt free seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and minced onion.
-Steak: Black pepper, salt-free seasoning, and rosemary.
-Fish: Black pepper, minced onion, garlic powder, and salt-free seasoning.
-Ground Beef/Turkey: Black pepper, salt-free seasoning, minced onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Oregano.
I tried not to use salt in cooking because there's already sodium added into everything that we buy at the store unless it's fresh fruits and vegetables. When I make homemade sauces and baking from scratch I use salt but other than that I use the salt-free seasoning, which is very good! I definitely recommend switching to a salt-free seasoning or reducing the amount of salt while cooking.
